Bookings /Cancellations
Bookings shall only be made through licensed operator for any additional pick-ups and drop-offs as per company’s policy. No order booked via driver will be entertained.
Bookings shall only be considered if the confirmation is made via an email or text. Cancellations must be made at least 20 minutes before collection for local pick-ups, 1 hour prior to airport collections and 2 hours prior to Gatwick, Stansted or Luton. No charges will be claimed upon cancellation but, if car arrives outside and customer decided to cancel then minimum fare is obliged.
Passenger Liabilities
Prices are fixed based on the distance covered per mileage. Customer should clearly mention the number of passengers and luggage details at the time of booking, if not; driver has the right to drop customer’s order at the spot after consulting the company. All personal belongings are purely passenger’s responsibility. All Injuries are subjected to driver’s hire and reward insurance. If passenger is unable to locate the driver, he/she must contact the company or driver as company provides driver’s information along with contact number. Company will not liable for any loss or delays due to incomplete address, Act of God or climatic conditions. Although the Atlas Cars of London try its level best to ensure customer’s punctuality but, in case of any delays due to weather conditions or traffic congestions, passenger should contact the company or driver.
In case of parcel delivery, recipient details should be clearly mentioned. If not, company is not accountable for any loss, damage or wrong delivery of your package.
